The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales for the company’s web development services. This position requires an individual who is motivated, results-driven, and has a deep understanding of the web development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, while establishing strong relationships with potential clients and helping them choose the right web solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and attending industry events.
Research and identify potential clients in need of web development services, including custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.
Understand client needs and requirements to recommend tailored web development solutions that align with their business goals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales.
Work with internal teams (designers, developers, project managers) to ensure the proposed solution is feasible and aligns with client expectations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, follow-up, and regular communication.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, generate leads, and ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
Provide feedback on sales materials and marketing collateral based on client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a web development, software, or technology-related industry.
Understanding of web development services (e.g., custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, web design).
Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage clients and present solutions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, SEO, etc.).
Previous experience in selling web development, SaaS products, or IT services.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
