# Job Title: IT Senior Sales Executive (Server and Computer Systems)

## Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to promote server and computer system solutions, leveraging technical knowledge of hardware and software components.

- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical guidance to customers on server and computer system architecture, including chip-level knowledge of processors, memory, and storage.

- Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions incorporating servers, storage, and computer systems.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and technical specifications of server and computer systems.

## Requirements:

- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in IT sales or a related technical field, with a focus on server and computer systems.

- Technical Knowledge:

- Server Architecture: Understanding of server platforms, including x86 and RISC-based systems.

- Computer Systems: Knowledge of computer hardware components, including processors, memory, storage, and peripherals.

- Chip-Level Knowledge: Familiarity with chip-level technologies, such as CPU architectures, memory technologies, and storage interfaces.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent, are desirable.

## Technical Skills:

- Server Platforms: Familiarity with server operating systems, such as Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.

- Storage Technologies: Knowledge of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage.

- Networking: Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

# Sales Skills:

- Consultative Selling: Ability to provide consultative sales support to customers, identifying their needs and developing customized solutions.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical customers.
