About the Role
Grin Infotech is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, promoting IT products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product presentations and demonstrations.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of technology and digital solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
