We are looking for a Sales & Outreach Specialist to help us generate leads, connect with potential clients, and

grow our business. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity with high earning potential.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Research and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

• Send Cold Emails & DMs to generate leads and schedule meetings.

• Reach out to startups, local businesses, and digital marketing agencies.

• Engage with clients on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.).

Sales & Client Conversion:-

• Communicate with potential clients via calls, Zoom meetings, and emails.

• Follow up with leads and close deals effectively.

• Understand client needs and offer customized branding solutions.

CRM & Data Management:-

• Maintain a database of leads and client interactions in Google Sheets/CRM.

• Track the performance of cold emails and outreach campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Experience in cold emailing, cold calling, and Linkedln outreach (Freshers can apply).

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets).

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of Graphic Design or Digital Marketing is a plus.
