Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Google search, and email campaigns.

• Understand client requirements for digital marketing, website development, automation, and related IT services.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and drive end-to-end sales closures.

• Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.

• Track leads and conversions in the CRM; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with internal technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and IT to improve sales pitches.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

• Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and WhatsApp-based sales.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, automation tools, and WhatsApp Business API.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and deal-closing skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
