Position Title: Sales Executive

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably ~2 years in sales, SaaS, or technology solutions)

Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to sell our AI-based Computer Vision solutions for safety applications. Strong spoken and written English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Conduct product demos and presentations of AI Computer Vision safety solutions.

Understand customer needs and map them to our AI-powered offerings.

Build and manage sales pipeline; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams.

Stay updated on AI Computer Vision trends and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B solutions).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Comfortable explaining AI/Computer Vision concepts in simple terms.

Proven ability to meet sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred

Experience in consultative/solution selling or selling AI/tech products.

Familiarity with Computer Vision or safety technology solutions.
