AnaxisTech is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 3+ years of IT sales
experience, strong international sales exposure, proven ability as a lead closer, and experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing leads for IT services, handling international clients, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Generate and close leads for IT services across domestic and international markets
•
Manage and grow relationships with international clients
•
Conduct client meetings and detailed requirement discussions to understand needs
•
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage digital marketing strategies for lead generation
•
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
•
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools regularly
Requirements:
•
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Business Development or Sales
•
Proven track record in international sales and handling overseas clients
•
Strong lead generation and closing skills
•
Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, email marketing, etc.)
•
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Experience in B2B IT sales
•
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
•
Experience working with startups or growing IT companies
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
