Role Overview

As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on real estate and financial investment opportunities, driving revenue through client acquisition, and managing relationships with high-potential investors. The role blends sales, advisory, and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients interested in real estate and investment opportunities

• Promote residential, commercial, and global property investment options

• Provide advisory services on wealth creation through real estate and allied products

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field

• 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or wealth management

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of real estate markets and investment products

• Ability to handle HNI/UHNI clients is a plus

• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation

Preferred Experience

• Experience in real estate consulting firms, brokerage, or fintech platforms

• Exposure to international property sales or NRI clients

• Understanding of home loans, mortgages, or portfolio diversification
