Job Title: Investor Relations Executive / Investment Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic professional to identify, approach, and secure investors for our company. The ideal candidate will develop investment strategies, manage investor communications, and strengthen our organization’s financial network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential investors, venture capital firms, and funding partners.

• Prepare and present business proposals, investment decks, and financial forecasts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.

• Coordinate investor meetings, negotiations, and due diligence processes.

• Collaborate with the finance and executive teams to ensure alignment on funding goals.

• Monitor market trends to identify new investment opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal abilities.

• Understanding of financial modeling and investment principles.
