Key Responsibilities
Handle and process logistics-related claims including: Lost shipments, Damaged shipments, Short shipments, RTO (Return to Origin) disputes, Delivery discrepancy claims
Coordinate with logistics partners & Customers for claim investigation and resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all claims raised.
Follow up regularly with courier/logistics partners for timely claim settlement.
Verify shipment details, PODs, invoices, and supporting documents.
Ensure claims are submitted within defined timelines and SLA guidelines.
Update claim status in internal systems and share regular reports with management.
Communicate claim updates and resolutions to sellers/internal stakeholders.
Identify recurring operational issues and highlight them for process improvement.
