Key Responsibilities
• Client Handling: Communicate effectively with UK clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT and digital marketing solutions.
• Sales & Closing: Drive the complete sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and successful deal closure with UK clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations aligned with client requirements.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities in the UK region.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
