Role: International Voice Process (WFH)

· Location: Work from Home (Hiring from Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad)

· Salary: ₹25,000 per month

· Shift: UK Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST) – Fixed

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: International Voice Process Executive (WFH)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our UK-based international voice process. You will handle inbound/outbound calls for a UK telecom client, assisting customers, resolving queries, and driving basic sales or renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer calls (UK region) professionally and courteously.

· Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

· Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.

· Achieve daily/weekly performance targets (quality, resolution, customer satisfaction).

· Work collaboratively with the remote team.

Candidate Eligibility:

· Excellent verbal English communication skills (fluency and clarity – neutral accent preferred; UK accent not mandatory).

· 0–1 year experience in international voice process or customer support (freshers with strong English are welcome).

· Basic computer knowledge and ability to work independently from home.

· Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection and headset (minimum 20 Mbps).
