We are looking for a serious, passionate, and career-oriented Travel Consultant who wants to build a long-term career in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling premium clients, understanding their travel requirements, creating customized holiday packages, and converting inquiries into successful bookings.
The candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, be confident in dealing with high-value customers, and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service from inquiry to trip completion. Knowledge of international destinations, visas, hotels, flights, sightseeing, and itinerary planning will be a strong advantage.
We are seeking someone with leadership potential who can grow with the company and eventually manage a team of travel consultants in the future. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, responsible, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2C travel inquiries and premium holiday clients.
Design customised domestic and international travel packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and sightseeing.
Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Train and guide junior team members as the company grows.
Requirements:
Experience with premium and luxury travelers preferred.
Leadership mindset and willingness to take future managerial responsibilities.
