Key Responsibilities
● Communicate with international clients via voice calls, emails, and online platforms.
● Act as a Website Consultant by understanding client requirements and recommending appropriate
website and digital solutions.
● Generate leads and convert prospects into potential customers.
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or performance targets.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
● Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Work collaboratively with team members and report progress to the Team Leader.
● Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
● Ability to work under targets, pressure, and tight deadlines.
● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
● Basic understanding of websites, digital services, or willingness to learn.
● Confident, professional, and goal-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
● Prior experience in International BPO, sales, or website consulting (preferred but not mandatory).
● Good English communication skills with a neutral or international accent.
