Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent English are welcome!)

⏰ Shift Timings

We offer fixed early-morning shifts—perfect for those who want to beat the traffic and have their evenings free!

Shift 1: 04:30 AM – 01:30 PM

Shift 2: 06:30 AM – 02:30 PM

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience & communication skills).

Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives (Earn beyond your salary!).

Schedule: Saturday Half-Day & Sundays Fixed Off.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to international prospects (B2B/B2C).

Identify potential leads and qualify them based on project requirements.

Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality communication.

Accurately update lead details in the CRM/Daily Reporting Sheets.

Achieve daily and weekly lead-generation targets.

✅ Requirements

Excellent English Communication (Must have a clear or neutral accent).

Ability to handle objections and convince prospects.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).

A "Hunter" mindset—you don’t give up easily!

Candidates living in East Delhi or near the Blue Line Metro are preferred.
