Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Working Hours: Full-Time | Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with clients via calls and emails to understand their product requirements
Share customized inventory lists in coordination with the Team Head/HOD
Negotiate pricing and share quotations accordingly
Manage the sales cycle through to closing
Provide post-sales support including KYC and consignment follow-ups
Follow up on payments and manage recovery if necessary
Coordinate meetings for department heads
Process company invoices and respond to customer queries via phone/email in a timely manner
Ensure adherence to internal operational standards and meet productivity goals
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent command of the English language
Comfortable working night shifts (US shift)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability in sales strategy and execution
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
