Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from international clients.
Provide detailed information about clinic services such as cosmetic treatments, skincare procedures, and other aesthetic solutions.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into appointments.
Coordinate with doctors and therapists to schedule consultations and procedures.
Maintain and update client databases, call records, and follow-up logs.
Assist in virtual consultations by providing pre- and post-procedure guidance.
Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally and promptly.
Meet monthly call and conversion targets set by the management.
Support marketing campaigns by explaining promotions or packages to potential clients.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand lead sources and client expectations.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software.
Flexibility to work in different time zones (depending on target countries).
Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field
