Hiring: International BPO – Outbound Sales Executive

Process: International Outbound Sales – Canadian Process
Job Type: Work From Home
Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Experience: Mandatory – International BPO Outbound Sales Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to customers in the Canadian market.

• Understand customer requirements and effectively present products/services.

• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer interaction throughout the call.

• Follow the company's sales process, scripts, and quality guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English with good verbal communication skills.

• Mandatory experience in International BPO outbound sales.

• Candidates must have prior experience specifically in an international outbound sales process.

• Freshers are NOT eligible.

• Candidates from non-BPO/non-international outbound sales backgrounds will NOT be considered.

• Comfortable working in the 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST Canadian shift.

• Must be comfortable working from home.

• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn through performance-based incentives.

• Laptop/Desktop

• Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection

• USB Headphone with microphone

• A quiet and suitable workspace for making international calls
