Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to engage potential clients.
Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
Bid on projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other relevant portals to acquire new business opportunities.
Review project requirements, prepare compelling proposals, and submit competitive bids to maximize win rates.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to understand business needs.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements based on client requirements.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Maintain and update records, sales pipelines, and business development activities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and client onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand business reach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, bidding performance, lead conversions, and revenue generation.
