We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive with experience in the BPO industry and international voice processes. This role is instrumental in supporting the sales cycle by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and articulating solutions that align with our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of call center/BPO operations.
Engage with international prospects (via calls/emails) to understand their business requirements and qualify leads.
Act as the first point of contact in the sales cycle, handling initial discovery calls and demos.
Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to design tailored BPO solutions for potential clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
Conduct research on prospective clients, industries, and competitors.
Follow up with leads and maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems.
Assist in RFP/RFI responses, solution mapping, and client onboarding support.
Maintain knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Work closely with marketing to support lead generation and campaign follow-ups.
