We are seeking 20 highly motivated, target-driven professionals in Sales & Business Development with proven experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector. If you have a strong background in Investment Banking sales and an established network of corporate clients, institutional investors, or HNIs—you could be the perfect fit.
Your mission: Bring in new business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through Debt Syndication, Equity Placement, M&A Advisory, and Structured Finance.
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporates, institutional investors, and HNIs.
Drive new business in Debt Syndication, Equity Placement, IPOs, M&A advisory, and Private Equity.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored investment banking solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Research, Advisory, Operations) to ensure seamless execution.
Achieve sales & revenue targets with a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Prepare and deliver pitch books, proposals, and impactful presentations.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of proven experience in Investment Banking Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
Strong network in banking & financial services sector (corporates, PE funds, investors).
Expertise in Debt, Equity, M&A, and Investment Banking products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to deliver under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
