Job Title: Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the Role
Athaarid Consultancy is hiring 25 experienced Business Development Executives for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will drive business growth, expand our client footprint across India and the GCC region, and hit revenue targets to unlock attractive performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across corporate clients in India and the GCC region (UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain).
* Conduct outreach via email, phone, and professional networking channels to engage key decision-makers.
* Pitch Athaarid Consultancy’s services, negotiate commercial terms, and close client accounts.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Prior experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong conversational ability.
* Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
* Work Setup: Fully remote; must have a quiet workspace, a reliable computer, and a high-speed internet connection.
Position Details
* Work Mode: Full-Time, Remote (Work from Home)
* Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
* Incentives: Uncapped performance-based target incentives
