Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, closing the deal and maintaining client relationships. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals and drive growth.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms
• Comfortable fixing appointments with Chanel partners.
• Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts
• Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets
• Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
