Job Description: Sales Executive – Interior Design

Experience: 2–8 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and client meetings.

• Develop business with homeowners, architects, builders, and corporate clients.

• Understand client requirements, budgets, and project timelines.

• Present interior design solutions, quotations, proposals, and material options.

• Negotiate with clients, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.

• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams.

• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and achieve monthly targets.

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of residential and commercial interior projects, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and turnkey interiors.

• Basic knowledge of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and hardware.

• Ability to understand floor plans, basic drawings, BOQs, quotations, and project costing.

Software Skills

• Required: MS Excel, MS Word, email, and CRM tools.

• Preferred: Basic AutoCAD drawing interpretation, SketchUp, and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Client relationship management and problem-solving.

• Time management, follow-up discipline, and target orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Experience in interior design, real estate, modular furniture, or building materials sales preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Qualified leads generated and client meetings conducted.

• Sales conversion rate and monthly order value.

• Achievement of sales targets.

• Client satisfaction and CRM reporting accuracy.
