Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products directly to walk-in customers. The role involves explaining insurance plans, assisting with policy applications, and ensuring excellent customer service at the branch counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with information about insurance policies (life, health, motor, or general).

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

• Generate new business through upselling and cross-selling of products.

• Handle policy documentation, renewal, and payment collection.

• Maintain daily sales records and report to the branch manager.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Stay updated on company products, new launches, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Qualifications
