Key Responsibilities
--> Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
--> Support agents in lead generation and closing life insurance sales.
--> Conduct regular field visits to monitor and improve agent productivity.
--> Achieve assigned business targets and ensure consistent performance.
--> Build long-term relationships with agents, clients, and internal teams.
--> Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
--> Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (any industry).
--> Candidate should be local to the assigned location.
--> Basic understanding of insurance is preferred (training will be provided).
--> Strong communication, relationship-building, and team management skills.
--> Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven environment.
--> Self-motivated, professional, and result-oriented mindset.
