Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for our Insurance Process team. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in any sales-related role and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their insurance requirements, and assisting them in selecting suitable insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Explain insurance products, coverage benefits, and policy features to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals and new product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Discipline).
Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales domain such as:

Preferred Qualifications
