Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with Wealth Management RMs to identify insurance opportunities within the existing client portfolio
· Engage with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients including professionals, business owners, CXOs, and NRIs
· Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance products
· Support cross-selling and upselling of life and general insurance products
· Ensure smooth coordination for policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements
· Provide post-sales support and resolve client queries effectively
· Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
· Achieve assigned revenue and business targets in line with company goals
Candidate Profile:
· 3–4 years of experience in insurance sales, relationship management, or wealth-linked roles
· Experience in handling HNI clients is preferred
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a collaborative, relationship-driven sales environment
· Result-oriented with a customer-centric approach
