*Role Overview*

We’re looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team in Chanda Nagar. You’ll guide clients in selecting life, health, motor, and general insurance products that match their needs. This role is perfect if you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and building a career in financial services.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Client Consultation*: Understand client requirements, risk profile, and financial goals

- *Product Advisory*: Recommend suitable insurance policies from leading providers

- *Portfolio Management*: Review existing policies, suggest renewals and top-ups

- *Lead Generation*: Develop business through referrals, networking, and field visits

- *Documentation*: Assist with KYC, applications, claims, and policy servicing

- *Target Achievement*: Meet monthly sales and quality benchmarks set by the team

*What We’re Looking For*

- *Education*: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

- *Experience*: 0-3 years. Freshers with strong communication skills welcome

- *Skills*: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, or English. Basic computer knowledge preferred

- *Traits*: Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at building relationships

- *IRDAI Certification*: Must be willing to complete IRDAI IC-38 exam if not already certified
