Insurance Advisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Health Insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining health insurance products, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain health insurance plans and benefits.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Assist customers with policy-related queries.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
