Job Responsibilities
Inbound Inquiries for Rewards, Gifting, and Incentive Projects:
· Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
· Scheduling and coordinating appointments
· Managing inbound calls, chats, and queries
Customer Engagement:
· Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Order Management:
· Coordinating with customers for order-related concerns
· Handling billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Documentation & Reporting:
· Preparing quotations and product presentations
· Maintaining accurate customer records
· Compiling daily and weekly reports
Event Participation:
· Representing the company at exhibitions and industry events
Job Requirements
· Experience: 2–8 years in corporate sales or inside sales (B2B experience required)
· Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in gifting, rewards, or incentive companies preferred
· Skills: Excellent spoken and written English
· Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
· Proactive and self-motivated
· Ability to work under pressure
