Key Responsibilities ● Make outbound calls to researchers who have submitted papers or shown interest in conferences ● Convert leads into paid registrations for IFERP conferences ● Pitch author services including publication support, indexing assistance, and related services ● Handle international prospects across multiple time zones ● Follow up consistently to close deals within deadlines ● Maintain accurate CRM updates for calls, follow-ups, and conversions ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets ● Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead → prospect → registration
Required Skills & Qualifications ● Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience over the phone (mandatory) ● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets ● Excellent command of spoken English ● No mother tongue influence; clear and neutral accent ● Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills ● Confident in handling international clients ● Immediate joiner preferred
Preferred Skills ● International tele-sales experience ● Familiarity with CRM systems ● Experience dealing with researchers or professional clients
