Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Inside Sales team in daily activities and sales documentation.
Prepare and manage pre-order quotations and handle post-order follow-ups with internal teams and customers.
Maintain and update customer records accurately in Salesforce CRM.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, Purchase, and technical departments to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery.
Support in generating sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and organizational skills.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the sales domain.
