Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
Explain farm plots, land projects, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups
Maintain regular customer follow-ups to convert leads into site visits or sales
Update customer details and call status in CRM / Excel sheets
Coordinate with the field sales team for site visit scheduling and closures
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals
