Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating sales through effective customer communication, regular follow-ups and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for handling B2B customers, understanding their requirements and converting customer interactions into business opportunities and sales.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent follow-up skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in a technical/industrial product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through B2B customer calling, follow-ups and relationship management.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• Handle existing customers and develop them for repeat and regular business.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their current and future requirements.

• Follow up consistently with customers to convert enquiries and opportunities into confirmed sales.

• Identify potential sales opportunities within the existing customer base.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product information effectively.

• Follow up on pending requirements and ensure continuous engagement with customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements and sales follow-ups.

• Keep track of sales opportunities and work towards their successful conversion.

• Develop a good understanding of the company's technical/industrial products and their applications.

• Maintain regular contact with key customers to increase business volume and customer retention.

• Prepare regular sales and customer follow-up reports.

• Work with a strong focus on sales achievement, revenue generation and customer conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales.

• Experience in selling technical or industrial products will be preferred.

• Strong sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

• Ability to convert customer interactions into actual business.

• Good understanding of B2B customer handling and sales processes.

• Ability to understand technical products and their applications.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Confident, professional and result-oriented personality.

• Willingness to learn about technical products and contribute towards business growth.
