We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives who enjoy talking to people, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right home.

If you love sales, communication, and building relationships, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Understand Tenant Requirements

🏠 Speak with prospective tenants and understand their location, budget, family size, and property preferences.

Recommend Suitable Homes

🔍 Match tenants with available properties that fit their requirements.

Coordinate Property Viewings

📅 Schedule and coordinate property visits.

Guide Customers Through The Journey

🤝 Support tenants from their first enquiry until they move into their new home.

Follow Up & Build Relationships

📞 Stay in touch with prospects and ensure a smooth experience.

Drive Move-Ins

🚀 Convert enquiries into successful property rentals.

Who Should Apply?

You may be a great fit if you:

✔ Have 0–6 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Real Estate, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Business Development

✔ Enjoy talking to people and building relationships

✔ Are confident, energetic, and target-oriented

✔ Have strong communication skills in English and Hindi

✔ Enjoy helping customers make decisions

✔ Want to build a long-term career in sales
