Job Title:

Inside Sales Executive - Domestic Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls.

• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• At least 6 months of Sales Experience.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Job Details:

• Process: Domestic Voice (Inside Sales)

• Shift Type: Day Rotational

• Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Login Hours: 9 Hours

• Week Off: Rotational

• Interview Type: Face-to-Face

• Interview Rounds: 3 Rounds

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly CTC: ₹26,000
