We are hiring a proactive Inside Sales Executive to identify, engage, and onboard clients interested in participating in government tenders. The role focuses on generating new business, pitching tender opportunities, and increasing client participation. Candidates must have strong experience in B2B/B2G sales, lead generation, and tender processes.
Identify and approach companies seeking to expand through government tenders.
Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Educate clients on government procurement processes and tender categories.
Pitch relevant tender opportunities and onboard clients for participation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Develop customized sales presentations and client proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to support clients through the bidding process.
Meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Stay updated on GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals, new tenders, and policy changes.
2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in tender domain.
Strong understanding of e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state procurement sites).
Proven ability in lead generation, client onboarding & closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience selling tender consultancy or tender-based solutions preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
