L&T Finance is looking for dynamic Showroom Sales Executives to promote Two-Wheeler Finance products at dealer showrooms. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, explaining finance options, processing loan applications, and ensuring quick loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers at two-wheeler dealerships with finance options.

• Promote Two-Wheeler Loan products and convert inquiries into sales.

• Explain loan schemes, EMIs, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

• Collect customer documents and complete KYC verification.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan approval.

• Maintain relationships with dealership staff to generate business.

• Ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Showroom Sales, Auto Finance, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Retail Sales, Consumer Durable Finance, or Loan Sales.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work from dealership/showroom locations.
