We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our team in the Tourism & Resort industry. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our holiday packages, and assist customers in planning memorable travel experiences.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tourism/resort packages.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about services and offers.
Convert leads into bookings through persuasive communication.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
6 months to 1 year of tele sales or customer service experience (tourism/hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM knowledge is a plus).
Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
