Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer enquiries.
Generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
Handle customer objections and ensure effective sales closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Maintain good knowledge of mobile, laptop, Apple products, accessories, repairs, and IT services.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of mobile, laptop, and Apple products is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, email, and WhatsApp communication.
0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service is preferred.
