To generate leads, manage client follow-ups, and support internal and external sales teams in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client follow-up, lead generation, and coordination with sales team (minimum 5 members).
2.Fix appointments and arrange meetings with clients.
3.Maintain coordination between departments for client service and satisfaction.
4.Handle portals such as Justdial, Indiamart, Sulekha, etc.
5.Prepare quotations, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely reporting through CRM.
6.Support customer communication through phone, email, and in-person visits.
7.Payment follow-up and report generation.
