Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations of inside sales activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inside sales activities and coordinate with customers and the sales team.

2. Prepare and send quotations, follow up with clients, and manage order processing.

3. Maintain customer records and update sales data in the system.

4. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.

5. Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining documentation.

6. Handle client queries and provide effective communication and support.

Skills Required:

1. Strong experience in inside sales and quotation preparation.

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

3. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

4. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
