About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Executive with strong expertise in lead generation, qualification, product pitching, and closing sales in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and skilled in converting inbound & outbound leads into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through calls, digital platforms, and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable building material products.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

• Maintain and update lead status in CRM tools; ensure accurate documentation.

• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and retailers.

• Coordinate with the field sales and operations team for order processing.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.

• Provide timely follow-up, after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales, preferably in Building Materials / Construction Products / Hardware / Interiors.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English; knowledge of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam is a plus.

• Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales.

• Ability to understand technical/product details and explain them clearly to customers.

• Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Target-driven mindset with a strong passion for sales.
