About the Role:
GenXcel Info Solutions is seeking high-performing Inside Sales Executives to drive lead generation, initial client engagement, and relationship building for its end-to-end IT products and services. This role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs
• Pitch IT services including Website Development, Applications, ERP, CRM, AI Solutions
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for field sales teams
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment
• Achieve monthly lead, revenue, and conversion targets
Must-Have Skills & Technologies:
• Proven experience in IT Inside Sales / B2B Sales
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• CRM Tools: Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot (any)
• Lead Generation Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Automation
• Understanding of IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, AI-based solutions
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting Dashboards
