Inside Sales Associate / Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore | Experience: 0–2 Years | Type: Full-time
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Associate / Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospects, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle lead calling and regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections.
Maintain lead and sales records in CRM/trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with high-volume calling.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
Sales, tele-calling, hospitality, real estate, or customer service experience is preferred.
