Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Chat Process

Location: Koramangala

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode:Work from Office

Salary: 20000 to 30000 + incentives

Shift timings: 6am to 11pm ( between that 9 hours)

Languages: English and Hindi ( Mandatory)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in the

chat-based sales process. In this role, you will engage potential customers via live chat, understand

their diagnostic needs, recommend appropriate services or health packages, and convert inquiries

into confirmed bookings. This is a semi-voice role ideal for candidates with strong written

communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound customer inquiries via chat

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic packages or

services.

• Educate prospects about the benefits, accuracy, and convenience of our diagnostic solutions.

• Convert chat leads into confirmed appointments or sales through persuasive selling

techniques.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions and outcomes using CRM

tools.

• Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not convert, using predefined workflows.

• Collaborate with call center teams, lab coordination teams, and marketing for seamless

customer experience.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales conversion and productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

• Basic sales aptitude with persuasion skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

• Excellent written English with clarity, grammar, and professional tone.

• Good understanding of the diagnostic/healthcare sector is a plus.
