Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sr. Business Development Executive to drive B2C sales of our upskilling courses.
Leads will be provided by the company – no lead generation required.
Only candidates with prior EdTech sales experience (B2C) should apply.
Responsibilities:
Handle warm leads shared by the company
Convert leads into successful course enrollments
Manage the complete sales cycle (enquiry to closure)
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
Guide learners in selecting the right program for their career goals
Requirements:
6months –5 years of proven B2C EdTech sales experience (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
