Inside Sales Executive – Connect Way Consultancy

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Connect Way Consultancy. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, sales conversion, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Handle cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients.
Present and promote company services effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Work on IndiaMART and LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.

Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
