Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Bivocal Inside Sales Executive

Shift: Day (as per business requirement)
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries in English and Hindi.

• Pitch company products/services to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

• Handle customer objections professionally and close deals.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal communication).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (preferred).

• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
